This website, its pages, and the free assessment. It does not cover work we do for clients. That is set out in the proposal we write for you and agree before anything starts, and where the proposal says something different from this page, the proposal wins.
UK AI Group is a small UK consultancy helping small and medium businesses use AI and automation. We run this site. The quickest way to reach a person about anything on it is hello@ukaigroup.com, and we reply within one working day.
Working out whether AI or automation would genuinely help your business. It is general information written for a wide audience, not advice about your particular circumstances. Talk to us before making a decision that depends on it.
Nothing. The site, the thirty use cases and the assessment are free. There is no account to create, nothing to subscribe to and no payment at any point. If you later become a client, that is a separate agreement.
Prices and results
Every figure on the pricing pages is there to give you a realistic sense of cost before you speak to anyone. None of it is a quote, and none of it is binding on either of us.
Each package shows a typical scope at a typical price. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. What you actually pay depends on what you need, and it is confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts. Nothing here is an offer we can be held to.
Where an offer runs, the page shows what it is and the date it ends. After that date it stops applying and the standard price returns. We do not backdate an offer that has expired, and we do not extend one without saying so on the page.
Eighteen questions you answer about your own business, scored the same way for everyone. It is a conversation starter and a sense of direction. It is not an audit, not a professional opinion on your business, and not a recommendation to buy anything from us.
The score and the PDF belong to you. Keep them, share them inside your business, take them to another supplier if you like. We keep our own copy for twenty four months, which the privacy notice explains.
Fair use
The short rule is that ordinary use is welcome and anything that damages the site or misleads people is not.
Read it, take the assessment, print a page, send a link to a colleague, and quote a short passage with a credit and a link back. If you want to reproduce something more substantial, ask us and we will usually say yes.
Attack the site or try to get into any part of it that is not public, collect from it at a rate that degrades it for other people, use the forms to send anything unlawful or abusive, submit someone else’s personal details without their say-so, or present our words as your own.
When you use a form, you confirm the information is yours to share and is accurate as far as you know. Do not send us confidential material belonging to someone else, and do not send commercially sensitive detail until we have agreed how it will be handled.
The words, design, artwork, animations and code are ours or our licensors’, and copyright and trade mark law protects them. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you, apart from your own assessment findings.
If something goes wrong
We would rather be straight about the limits of a free website than bury them. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
We do not promise uninterrupted access. Pages change, prices change and content is sometimes removed. We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but we cannot guarantee that everything on it is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
If we fail to use reasonable care and skill and that causes you loss we could have foreseen when you used the site, we are responsible for it. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for anything caused by something outside our reasonable control.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you use this site for your business, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost sales, lost data or lost opportunity arising from decisions you make on the strength of free information here. That is what the conversation before paid work is for.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
